More than 18 years ago, I started working in the staffing and recruitment industry and fell in love with the prospect of finding that match between the job seeker and prospective employer.
I have been involved in the entire recruitment lifecycle from straight recruitment to proposal writing to the review / updating of resumes and the provision of career counseling services.
My work has provided exposure to a variety of industries including:

- Military to Civilian Transition

- Accounting
- Education
- Employment Barriers
Many of my previous projects (Recruitment and Resume Writing) have included clients transitioning out of the military into civilian life, as well as MBA students looking to highlight their transferable skills from previous careers. Additionally, I have developed resumes, cover letters, and educational philosophies for academic professionals.
On the Resume Writing side, my average turnaround time is 3 - 4 business days.
On the Recruitment side, timelines depend on the role and available candidates.
